The adoption rules are as follows:
👉 in Bucharest so that we can be close to her in case something goes wrong.
👉 in the apartment because in the yard, most kittens have free access to unsecured yards and die from being run over by cars, bitten by dogs or poisoned.
👉 with a closed balcony and solid protective nets on the windows so that they don't fall from the first floor as happens with many poor ones who fall through the insect net, from open balconies or caught in the hinged window.
