We call them the squirrels Maggie and Marble and they have been in our care for 4 years since they were a month old, they are inseparable, they are funny, playful but also shy.
They spent their childhood and adolescence in a shelter but we still hope that a good person with a lot of patience and experience with puppies will give them the chance to have a family and because they are not separated, we will not separate them. The ideal environment for them would be to live in the yard but not in a kennel but in the house with the person.
They would adapt more easily to the change of environment through an adoption in the yard than in an apartment, where walks on a leash, the noise of cars, etc., new things for them would interfere.
